Boarders Compete For The Bake Off 2020 Winning Title

Last week the boarders were busy competing for the Bake Off 2020 title.

A wonderful array of cakes were produced within the theme ‘Back to Traditional’.  

The judges, Mr JM Davies, Miss Wright, Miss Lowe, Mrs Traylor and some of the catering staff, sampled 15 different entries ranging from, Victoria Sponges, Classic Chocolate cakes, Malteser Cake, Lemon Polenta Cake, Cupcakes and Oreo Cake.

Judging scores were compared and based on taste and presentation.

All judges were thoroughly impressed by the efforts of each House team.  

Congratulations to the young bakers from Westwood, Jack and Harvey, who won the overall Bake Off Winner title.
