This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading nursery in Bath as Co-Head of The Garden.
Over the past six years, our nursery has steadily expanded, and from January 2025 we are introducing a new management structure. The Co-Heads will jointly run all aspects of The Garden, supported by a Deputy Manager and an Assistant Manager, who will oversee the two baby rooms.
Working three days a week (with a possibility of expanding the role to full-time after the first year), as Co-Head, you will share responsibility for all aspects of the nursery, from pastoral care to curriculum development, ensuring that children’s wellbeing and learning are at the heart of everything we do. You will also oversee and support a dedicated team of Early Years professionals, fostering their professional growth and upholding Kingswood’s values. You will be part of the Senior Management Team, shaping the future of our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision and contributing to our thriving school community.
