U13Bs Named Team Of The Week In Competitive Block Fixture

It was another competitive block for Kingswood’s rugby teams with a number of teams putting in performances worthy of the Team of the Week accolade.

Having lost by 10 points last season, the U13Bs won by 45-15 with a convincing display to be named Team of the Week.

Will got things off to a great start, breaking several tackles to score within the first 15 seconds of the game.

However, QEH quickly rallied and levelled the score within a few minutes.

Kingswood then managed to keep possession for the majority of the game and in the end proved too strong for the opposition.

James was named Player of the Match for his textbook tackling which saved a number of tries, but there were also strong performances from Ted and Tom, whose vision at fly half made for some of the best rugby this team has produced this term.

Elsewhere, the 2^nd XV didn’t concede a point as they secured a 14-0 victory and the U16Bs reversed a loss last season to win the tightest of games 15-10.
