On Sunday, Upper Sixth pupils from Upper House participated in the second edition of the 'Battle of Lansdown'.

The event took place at Manor Farm in Upton Cheyney and raised funds for Cancer Research UK.

The 'Battle of Lansdown' is one of the South West's best and most innovative obstacle course races. Participants have to complete at 10km route over tough terrain with 35 different obstacles, including scaling a 10-foot wall and crawling through underground mud tunnels.

The Upper Team completed the race in approximately two hours with everyone crossing the line together. Currently, they have raised more than £2000. To donate, visit: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/kingswood-upper
