Senior Runners Prove Triumphant Against Marlborough College

Last Thursday the cross country team headed to Marlborough College where in sunny but brisk conditions the senior teams prevailed with both the Senior Boys and Girls winning their events by some margin.
A strong run by Jamie saw him first back for Kingswood and 3rd overall in the Senior Boys, whilst Lizzie, Bridie and Evie finished 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively in the Senior Girls.
In a well contested Inter Boys race Freddie and Freddie ran strongly to finish just outside the top ten with Seb and Jamie close behind.
Runner of the week however, must go to Reuben, who ran strongly on difficult terrain and delivered an outstanding sprint finish.
