Drama Pupils Launch This Year's Clarenwood Project

Last week 15 Year 9 ‘Core’ Drama pupils travelled to Clarendon School in Trowbridge for the launch day of this year’s Clarenwood Project.

For the third time, pupils from both schools will participate in a collaborative piece of work culminating in a performance at Kingswood in February and, for the first time, also performing at Clarendon.

Pupils who have participated in this project before have always benefitted a great deal from it and we are sure that this year will be no exception.

This year, pupils will be working with Tender Theatre Company exploring the theme of healthy relationships.

This project has also been shortlisted as a finalist for the National Music and Drama Awards in the category of Outstanding Drama Initiative, a wonderful achievement.

We look forward to the ceremony in London in March.
