Year 9 Students Hike In The Black Mountain Range

On Sunday, 39 Year 9 students braved the mixed weather conditions to complete a 5-hour circular hike from Llanbedr in the Black Mountain Range.

The walk covered a number of summits over 700 meters and despite some fog, the group enjoyed beautiful views and the walk finished in sunshine.

The ground underfoot was very slippery making for some extremely muddy sections, one of which Mr Davies tested for the group by falling into.
