Year 7 Explore Caerphilly And Chepstow Castles On History Trip

On Wednesday, 92 Year 7 students spent the day visiting Caerphilly and Chepstow Castles as part of their study of the Medieval Era.

Despite the wet weather, the students worked hard, listened carefully, and explored the castles with enthusiasm.

They learned a great deal and will now put this to good use in the coming weeks as they undertake an independent research project in the Library, based on this work, focusing in particular on the changes to castle building across the period.
