Year 10 Drama Students Perform 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'
On Monday, after a delay due to snow, Year 10 Drama students finally got to perform their version of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ to over 200 people.
The students threw themselves into their roles with great gusto, bringing the words of the Bard to life and entertaining all ages with their witty word play and slapstick comedy.
Several of the students also took on the roles of lighting, sound and costume designer, developing valuable skills that they will use throughout the rest of their GCSE course.
Mrs Nash and Mrs Ward would like to thank all the students for their hard work and commitment to the creative process.
Thanks also to Mr Francis and Miss Kenny for their invaluable support and, finally, to everyone who came, watched and donated over £170 to charity.
