Kingswood Finish 7th In Equestrian Competition

Congratulations to the Kingswood Prep and Senior School combined team who competed at the NSEA Eventers’ Challenge competition at the West Wilts Equestrian Centre at the end of January.

The team was made up of Iona, Lily, Honor and Phoebe from the Senior School and they had an extremely early start in the 70/75cm class which consisted of a round of show jumps followed immediately by a round of simulated cross country jumps which had to be completed within an optimum time limit.

There were 53 individual competitors in the class and 10 teams.

The Kingswood team finished on a cumulative score of four faults to come in 7th place overall which was a fantastic result for such a young team on their first performance together.

Congratulations also to Naomi who competed in the 80/85cm class which had 97 competitors in total.
