High Vinnalls Boarders Host ‘Cultural Evening’

The Prep School’s boarders put together a series of presentations in celebration of their culture on Wednesday.
The High Vinnalls staff expressed how proud they were of the young boarders having made some informative presentations at their ‘Cultural Evening’.
Each child prepared a talk about something that was special to them from their culture.
Along with guests including Mr Duke, Miss Wright, Mrs Baker and some past High Vinnalls boarders, the audience enjoyed listening to subjects such as Dashain and Holi Festivals, Dragon Boat Racing, Pancake Day and Nigerian Foods.
All of the boarders exceeded expectations in their confident presentation, as well as their subject knowledge.
