Comprehensive Victory Earns U14B Team Of The Week

In another busy week for Kingswood’s hockey teams, the U14Bs were named Team of the Week after they produced a comprehensive performance to win 5-0 with Sterling in great form.

Grace scored two goals, one a memorable penalty flick, as Kingswood were 4-0 up at half time.

The Westwood sides were up against very strong competition who at U13 level they had lost to twice in tournaments, but with their best performance of the season, they scored twice early on and then defended resolutely to win 3-1.

Imogen was excellent in defence and goalkeeper Clemmie was also in great form but Players of the Match went to Alice and Hayley.

The U12A team also enjoyed a good 5-0 win whilst the U14As also picked up a 2-0 victory.

At Senior level, the 1^st XI enjoyed a narrow 1-0 win with Lexi scoring the only goal and Lily earning the Player of the Match accolade.
