Pupils Travel To Rhineland For Half-Term Trip
During half-term, 44 pupils and five staff embarked in the overnight journey to start their Rhineland adventure in Cologne.
After the journey, the pupils stopped at Aqualand where they got to enjoy the various chutes and pools.
The group spent Saturday in sunny Cologne where they climbed the cathedral tower and had an informative guided tour of the cathedral.
Following two treasure hunts, some doughnuts and a brisk walk along the Rhine, the group enjoyed a tour of the Lindt Chocolate Museum.
On the Sunday, pupils enjoyed a hot chocolate whilst they played crazy golf above the Rhine.
The pupils then enjoyed some free time in Koblenz where many pupils ate at the famous Spaghettieis for the first time.
The final day saw pupils visit Bad Godesberg where they visited the Haribo shop before travelling to a theme park called Phantasialand.
Mrs Beale has thanked the Year 8 and Year 9 pupils for their good company and engagement with all activities throughout the trip.
