Kingswood Impress In Tough Block Fixture Vs Clifton College

Kingswood's Netball Club had a busy weekend with 18 matches being played, 10 of which were against Clifton College in a new block fixture. Kingswood impressed in those matches, winning nine of the 10 matches.

It was a nail-biting win for the 1st VII, who won 30-29 against their Clifton College counterparts. The 2nds, 3rds and 4ths continued to show strength in depth and some excellent shooting led to some strong score lines.

The 4th VII impressed in their match after going goal for goal up until half time. Some excellent defending and movement in midcourt in the second half allowed them to secure a 25-12 win.

The Juniors had their toughest block fixture to date against Millfield and all of the matches were very competitive.

The stand-out performance was from the U12As. They were strong in defence and composed in attack to earn an 18-13 win.
