Swimming Teams Have A Splashing Time At Recent Gala

On Thursday the U16 and Open Swimming teams competed in a gala against Marlborough and Cheltenham College.
Kingswood were the only school able to field two swimmers in every event.
The U16 Girls team consisted of Annabelle, Sophia and Avantika from Year 7 and Maisie in Year 9.
Avantika won the individual medley and achieved second place in the breaststroke.
Georgie in Year 10 was the pick of the Open Girls with a second place in the breaststroke.
Both of the Girls teams finished in second place, behind Marlborough but ahead of Cheltenham.
