Orienteers Achieve Excellent Results At The BOK League Event

On the first Saturday of half term, Kingswood’s orienteering group took part in the Bristol Orienteering Klub (BOK) league event.

Due to the many trips and Gold DofE taking place, we had a depleted squad, but those who took part performed well and secured a good score for the league competition.

The courses were undulating over mixed terrain, consisting of woodland and open countryside.

Jim had an strong run, coming first in his age group and second overall on the Green course.

Seb also performed well attaining second place in his age group.

Although it was only Charlie's second time running an Orange course, he won his age group and came 1st overall.
