Lucas Achieves Gold At Welsh National Swimming Competition

At the end of July, Kingswood Swimming Captain, Lucas, swam at the Welsh Nationals.

Lucas participated in the Open Age group, swimming against University-level swimmers.

Despite competing against the older swimmers, he came away with a Gold in the 400m Individual Medley and a Bronze in the 200m Individual Medley events.

The next target for Lucas is to try to qualify for the Olympic Trials next Spring.
