U14 Hockey Side Enjoy Memorable Day At National Finals At Olympic Park

Last Monday evening, Kingswood’s U14 Hockey side travelled to the Olympic Park in Stratford to play in the U14 National Hockey Finals at Lee Valley Hockey Centre.

On a memorable day, Kingswood reached the final, drawing with Cooper Company and Coborn School but winning against Ratcliffe College and the other finalists Katherine Lady Berkeley School (KLB).

The final proved a game too far and KLB had one exceptional player who swung the match in their favour.

Nevertheless, it was a fantastic achievement to reach this stage and the entire squad deserve congratulating for their behaviour and efforts throughout the day.
