Parents Join Year 2 In Easter Celebration Assembly

On Wednesday, Year 2 invited their families to join them for an assembly to celebrate all the brilliant work they have done so far this year.
The children did an excellent job of leading the assembly, and presented their work with confidence and maturity.
There was a huge range of writing, artwork and photographs to be enjoyed by parents who watched in the Association Hall.
The children had learnt two songs to share on this occasion; a song about Mother’s Day and an Easter celebration song.
The assembly finished with all the children reciting the poem ‘Smiling is infectious’.
Thank you to all the parents who came to support the children – they enjoyed showing everyone in the audience what they have been up to this term.
