Year Six Venture Back In Time to Tudor World

Year Six travelled to Stratford-Upon-Avon and learnt about Tudor life as well as crime and punishment and other educational/gruesome facts.

The highlight for most of the children was the walk around the town by William Shakespeare, while The Bard educated us about all of the idiosyncrasies about the ancient place.

There was role play and humour throughout and even a day of sunshine as an added bonus. Unlike the Tudors, luckily we were not graced with bed pans being thrown into the street, a resurgence of The Plague or public humiliations!
