Students Complete Duke Of Edinburgh Awards

A number of students have completed their Duke of Edinburgh awards over the past couple of months with pupils working hard to have their volunteering, skill, physical and expedition sections signed off.

Well done to Tom, Alex, Ben, Rohan, Iris and Josh in Year 12 who have all successfully completed their Bronze award.

Rhea and Lewis have completed their Silver award, requiring greater time commitments to each of their sections.

Impressively, three students, Chloe, Harriet and Emily, have successfully completed their Gold award, which has involved a huge amount of work in all sections, as well as requiring them to complete an independent five day residential section.

Chloe, Harriet and Emily have been invited to Buckingham Palace in May to collect their certificates alongside some of their family members and other young people from across the UK.
