U15As Named Team Of The Week During Kingswood Cricket Week
The U15As were named Team of the Week in a very busy week for Kingswood’s cricket teams.
Josh took 4-7 as Kingswood dismissed Colston’s for 31, setting up a 10 wicket win.
The U15A XI were also involved in the game of the day on Saturday during the block fixture against QEH. Louis and Ed were the pick of the bowlers as a good QEH side were restricted to 122. Sam and Joe came in towards the end of the innings to seal a well-deserved victory with two balls to spare.
The 1st XI played some high quality teams during Cricket Week and the highlights came against the Headmaster’s XI when Oscar took 6-43 and Al scored his maiden century, scoring 113 not out in a very exciting game.
On Saturday, Harry took his first 5-wicket haul in his final game at Kingswood and Henry made an excellent 61 not out as they finished with a 158 run win.
