Success Continues For Patience

Since winning the England Girls u18 Golf Championship last month, Patience (currently in Year 13) competed in the 24th Faldo Series European Final having qualified two years ago during the pandemic.

It was held at Brocket Hall, a stunning golf course which afforded wonderful views and extremely slick greens. Patience finished her three rounds at total of -4 and won not only her age group in the girls competitions but was the mixed overall winner in all age categories! She had to hit a long second shot over the lake on the Par 5 18th hole to get a birdie and won by 1 shot. She wins a trip to Vietnam to play in the Grand Asia Final next year and an invitation to play in the Ladies European Tour professional event.

Patience then travelled to Paris to play in the French Ladies International which hosted almost a 100 top ranked players from all over Europe. The top 16 players made the cut after two days and Patience finished Tied 6th with a score of level par for the two rounds. She then progressed to the match play rounds and unfortunately lost on the 18th hole to a Swedish player ranked 34th in the world. The course at St. Cloud has a stunning Par 3 with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
