Prep Pupils Celebrate Autumn Harvest Assembly
On Friday, the Prep School enjoyed celebrating their Harvest assembly in the Association Hall.
Vibrant boxes full of fruit and vegetables were delivered into the hall by children from Nursery to Year 6.
Mrs Cross played the children’s favourite Harvest songs including ‘Cabbages and Greens’.
The pupils also sang ‘My Big Red Combine Harvester’ with actions performed brilliantly by the Nursery and Reception children.
The Year 6 pupils presented a play about a scarecrow and explained the true meaning behind sharing at this time of year, before closing the assembly with a special prayer.
Thank you to everyone who has generously donated lots of wonderful produce for Stratton House and for the Bath Food Bank.
These will be delivered on Friday afternoon by School Council Representatives.
