Boys’ Tennis Season Gets Off To A Pleasing Start

Despite sunshine and showers, the boys got their season off to a pleasing start with competitive matches against King Edward’s School (KES).

The 1^st team pairing of Joe and Johnny secured three good wins and the rallies in the match against the 1^st pair from KES were intense and of a high quality.

Gabriel and Matthew carried on from their many successes last year by gaining a crucial tie-break win to secure Kingswood’s fifth win of the day.

The 2^nd team went down narrowly, but Max and Tim did well to secure to wins.

It was good to see Finn return to form and there should be healthy competition for places this season.
