Year 5 Girls Enjoy An Afternoon With Bath Rugby
On Wednesday, girls from Year 5 were kindly invited by Warminster School to participate in an afternoon of touch rugby led by the Bath Rugby Community Foundation.
When they arrived, the girls were surprised to meet and chat with two of Bath Rugby’s professional team players - none other than British and Irish Lion and Wales International Toby Faletau, and Wales International Aled Brew.
It was an incredible way to begin what was a fantastic and energetic taster afternoon of rugby, and after a Q and A session with the players, the girls embarked on a carousel of activities that developed their touch rugby skills.
It was an inspiring afternoon, whereby both Toby and Aled took a leading role in the delivery of the session and which the girls thoroughly enjoyed.
Thank you Warminster School for inviting us along.
