Prep School Pupils Visit The Egg Theatre

Year 3 were treated to a visit to the Egg Theatre to see a fast and furious performance of ‘The Scarlet Pimpernel’.
Witty wordplay, brave women, not-so-brave men, double disguises, very high wigs and poodle puppets thrilled both the children and teachers.
The experience was followed by a drama workshop back at school, which explored characterisation, stage combat and ventriloquism.
The children will be looking forward to giving voices to their own puppets and creating their own mini performances.
